Shruti Swaroop
With over two decades of international Human Resources management experience across the US, UK, and India, Shruti Swaroop brings a global perspective to her inclusion interventions, coaching practices, and consulting engagements. As a certified Coach, she works with the senior management and Board of Directors to bring about transformational and cultural change through programs on Transformational Coaching for Leaders and Coaching to improve performance.
Her clients include Indian conglomerates, strategy consulting firms, MNCs, telecom majors, and PSU’s. She has also mentored many senior professionals based in 8 countries. Shruti has also been part of the IC committee at various organizations. Shruti is a TEDx speaker and facilitator of behavior-based learning programs.
