While verbal communication is critical; the BO & T spends a majority of their time processing emails and responding to them. A reasonable degree of resolution; escalation; post-project action happens via an email interaction! This workshop intends to create awareness and appreciation of the facets of written business communication through practical examples, simulations, and group
activities.

120 mins experiential, activity-based engagement session that will
follow the following route:- An insightful ‘Communication Styles’ survey will be administered for at least one week before the session. A two-part session in which the first part deals with Different Communication Styles and Intercultural/Global Communication. And the second part deals with the written part of Email Communication and Types of Questions to incite astute responses.
