A.K. Viswanathan (Vis), an independent director at HDB Financial Services Limited, is a former Partner at Deloitte. Vis has over 38 years of experience building and coaching high-performance teams across multiple geographies – North America, Cyprus, and the Middle East. Vis has a unique blend of business, technology, and risk experience. Vis is currently an Independent Director in HDB Financial Services Limited, where he is the chair of the Risk Committee and a member of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Technology Strategy and Stakeholder Relations Committees. Vis is also currently a Managing Director at Nexdigm Private Limited.
Vis is helping Nexdigm's tax and risk advisory practices' leadership development and scaling up of the practices. Vis' 22 years career with Deloitte was predominantly – 15 years – spent in Canada serving large North American clients. While in the last few years with Deloitte, Vis had served Financial Services clients, his experience in business and technology transformations spans industries in addition to geographies. Vis is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholders Centred Coach and is one of the MG India 25 coaches. This had made him a trusted advisor to the leadership in some Tata entities, State Bank of India, Barclays, HDFC Bank, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and Manulife Financial, amongst many others. Shruti Swaroop
With over two decades of international Human Resources management experience across the US, UK, and India, Shruti Swaroop brings a global perspective to her inclusion interventions, coaching practices, and consulting engagements. V K Raman
V K Raman, retired from Tata Consultancy Services as head of Value Business Process Services, consulting arm of TCS's Business Process Services. He was with TCS since 2006. The TCS role entailed setting up a BPO division in 2006. The division became a $ 2 Billion division with 90000 staff by 2018. Part of the leadership team that helped grow this division. Prior to TCS, he was CEO of a Commercial Real Estate Analytics start-up company for 3 years.
The company grew tenfold from 150 associates in 3years. Successfully helped the founder monetize the company. Prior to that he was GE Capital in India in various leadership positions, including CFO of a Consumer and Auto Finance lending business. He is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by education. His experience is in Finance, Operations, Six Sigma and Business Leadership. Through 3 decades of business and operational leadership, his focus has been to make a genuine difference to customers and people that he worked with, while achieving significant business outcomes.
His uniqueness is being able to demystify complex business situations to actionable, implementable programs and put in place review, rigour, rhythm baaed operating mechanisms and enable track them.
